Resilient community dataset for NOAA Science On a Sphere

This dataset for NOAA's Science On a Sphere depicts the vision of a resilient community NOAA's Community Resilience Education Theory of Change. The dataset features two additional layers that have labels for the resilient aspects of the community in English and Spanish, as well as text that encourages learners to complete a scavenger hunt from the Climate Resilience in Your Community Activity Book.
