EPP/MSI enabled me to attend graduate school, which would have been a much greater challenge without EPP/MSI support. Being a part of the program provided a baseline of NOAA knowledge that empowered me to apply and successfully hold both a NOAA contractor position and my current federal position within the National Ocean Service.
