The EPP/MSI impacted immensely my education and career. Thanks to the program I was able earned my Doctorate degree. And not only that, the program provided me all the tools to become a better scientist and allowed me to experience at first hand what it would look like to work for NOAA after graduation. I always talk about my experience throughout the program and how they helped me to become the person I am today. I will always be grateful for the opportunity and gained experience.
