On Thursday, climate and weather experts will be available to discuss key findings from NOAA's November U.S. & global climate analyses, as well as discuss the latest forecast for El Niño and how that may influence temperature and precipitation this winter. In addition, experts will discuss recent precipitation events in the Pacific Northwest.
