Experts recap January and provide outlooks through May

On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate analyses for January 2024, the latest El Nino update, and the U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought for the next three months. A NOAA expert will also discuss NOAA NCEI's updated global temperature dataset, which now uses Artificial Intelligence to improve vital global climate monitoring.
