Experts recap November and provide outlooks through March
On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate analyses for November 2021, the latest El Niño/La Niña update, and the U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought for the next three months. An expert from NOAA's National Weather Service Office in Charleston, S.C., will also review the multi-day coastal flooding event in early November along the southeastern Atlantic coast.
