HOST: Attention, Octo-cadets! 

This is Lauren Gibson, one of your “NOAA and the Octonauts” hosts. Thanks for tuning in to our first three episodes of the show! We hope you and your families have enjoyed exploring the wonderful worlds of whale sharks, lobsters, and walruses with us. We have certainly enjoyed creating these episodes and learning alongside you. 

However, today, we wanted to let you know that we will need to put our podcast on pause as we figure out a few things within our team. I will be stepping down as co-host as I return to school to pursue a PhD. Your other co-host Maggie will still be around, but she needs some time to find herself another podcast partner-in-crime—the Kwazii to her Captain Barnacles, if you will.

Because of this, we won’t be able to publish any more episodes this year, but we hope to be back with you as soon as possible in 2020. Stay tuned for exact timing updates on our website, Facebook, and Twitter pages.
