This Environmental Assessment analyzes the environmental impacts of the National Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Protected Resources’ decision regarding issuance of an Incidental Harassment Authorization, pursuant to section 101(a)(5)(D) of the Marine Mammal Protection Act, to HEX Operating, LLC for the take of small numbers of marine mammals incidental to rig towing in Cook Inlet, Alaska.
