Purchasing:

N-Wave is responsible for 100% of the equipment procurement and maintenance contracts. By subscribing to managed services, offices eliminate the administrative burden of handling service contracts and purchasing equipment from vendors, as these are fully covered by the service.      

Property:

For offices subscribed to this service, N-Wave takes full responsibility for property-related tasks for covered equipment. This includes assigning Commerce Department numbers, tracking and verifying property, and updating records after hardware replacement. Shifting these responsibilities to N-Wave significantly reduces the burden on property custodians within subscribed offices.

Monitoring:

Managed Services include comprehensive 24x7x365 monitoring and a dedicated service desk, all handled by N-Wave. N-Wave utilizes robust monitoring and alerting tools to provide extensive metrics on the service.

Security:

Offices that subscribe to managed services benefit from cost reduction in their overall Assessment & Authorization (A&A) process. This is because N-Wave handles the A&A for all equipment included in managed services, utilizing inherited controls, which eliminates the need for the subscribing office to conduct that entire portion of the A&A.   

Visibility:

Offices with managed services from N-Wave benefit from transparency via dashboards. These dashboards provide real-time and historical data on connections and services, enabling users to evaluate their service and view actual service levels.
