On Thursday, August 18, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate analyses for July, the latest El Niño/La Niña update, and the U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought for the next three months. The Interim State Climatologist for Kentucky will also provide a review of the catastrophic flooding that devastated parts of eastern Kentucky in late July.
