Experts recap November and provide outlooks through March
On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate analyses for November 2022, the latest El Niño/La Niña update and the U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought for the next three months. A NOAA expert from the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Buffalo, New York, will also provide a review of the historic lake-effect snowfall that struck parts of western and central New York last month.
