Experts recap July and provide outlooks through November

On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate analyses for July 2024, the latest El Nino/La Nina update, and the U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought for the next three months. An expert from NOAA's Physical Sciences Laboratory will also provide a review of the North American drought and related wildfire conditions that have been impacting parts of the U.S. and Canada this summer, including California's destructive Park Fire.
