MEDIA ADVISORY: National Hurricane Conference scheduled for New Orleans

NOAA hurricane experts available for media interviews
April 5, 2017 NOAA’s National Hurricane Center director and several hurricane experts will be available for one-on-one interviews during the 39th annual National Hurricane Conference, April 17 to 20, in New Orleans, La.

Throughout the four-day program, NOAA hurricane specialists will join experts from other Federal agencies, academia and the emergency management community to conduct and participate in workshops and panel discussions regarding tropical cyclones.
