Conservation Service Corp Act Direct Hiring Authority (CCA DHA)
NOAA received direct hire authority through the Conservation Service Corps Act of 2019 (CCA DHA). This authority allows us to hire qualified recent graduates who participated in eligible NOAA summer internships or fellowships into entry-level federal positions through a more direct process than the typical federal hiring process. Learn more about eligibility and how the process works.
Federal Pathways Program for students and recent graduates
