Experts recap July, provide outlooks through November, and discuss recent heat and wildfires in the West

On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's July U.S. climate analyses, as well as the latest U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought through November. In addition, an expert will discuss recent heat and wildfires in the western U.S.
